Ventosa

In the action/installation VENTOSA, boiling water is poured inside glass cylinders of different volumes, which are then immediately sealed with PVC plastic sheet. Within seconds, the pellicle dilates and forms a convex dome. Little by little, the cooling water leads that initial curvature to a complete inversion in a downward motion, resulting in a concave shape turned to the inside of the cylinder.
